iPhone beta ยท September 12, 2026

Your data and your team.

This page describes the personal AI wellbeing app. It is separate from the earlier care-coordination service and its member portal.

What you can share

The app works with your messages, selected goals, mood and energy check-ins, and plans you choose to save. Apple Health is optional. You can allow read-only access to recorded sleep, steps, workouts, resting heart rate and heart-rate variability. Meals, medication lists and your calendar are not automatically imported into the team.

What stays on your phone

Your conversation and plan history is saved locally on your iPhone. Messages and source receipts may themselves contain health information. Raw Health readings are not saved in the app's personal-history file; the app reads available data from Apple Health.

What goes to cloud AI

Generating replies and huddles requires separate opt-in permission and an internet connection. Relevant messages, check-ins, plan notes and Apple Health summaries are sent through Attending's server to Replicate and OpenAI. Turning off cloud AI prevents future AI generation; it does not undo requests already processed.

The relay does not persist prompt bodies or replies in its application database. It stores anonymous credential hashes and usage counters for access control. Hosting and AI providers may process technical logs and retain data under their own policies. Local history does not mean that cloud processing is private to your device.

See Replicate's data-retention documentation and OpenAI's API data controls. Provider practices may change. Use this beta for your own wellbeing, not other patients' records.

Your controls

You can disable cloud AI in Settings, disconnect Apple Health in the app, manage Health permissions in iOS, and choose whether team notifications are enabled. Notifications are not an emergency monitoring service. The app also provides a confirmed reset of your personal team data; resetting the app does not delete the original Apple Health records or request deletion from providers.

This public website

The landing page does not collect health data or run advertising pixels. Request beta access opens an email draft; nothing is submitted by the button itself. If you send it, we receive your email address and message. Please do not include symptoms, medical records, insurance numbers, or other health information. Hosting and security providers may receive standard request and device information to serve this website.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact [email protected] about information you've shared with Attending. Please keep the initial email general. For the earlier public site, the previous website privacy notice remains available.
